Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Data Center Mechanical & Electrical Technician to its team. This role will work in Chandler, AZ and works 2nd shift Thursday-Sunday, 1pm-11pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $27-29 per hour, but upon conversion, this role offers increased compensation to around $65-70K, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center operation. Oversight of electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to: Universal Power Supply (UPS) systems, generators, chillers, Electrical Distribution, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS) systems, and CMMS Work Dispatching.
