This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders.Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers. PRIDE Trainer - Bilingual PRIDE Foster and Adoptive Parent Program School of Social Work Located in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, and LaSalle) Job SummaryThe PRIDE Trainer, as funded by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS), is responsible for facilitating trainings for the PRIDE Foster and Adoptive Parent Training Program to prospective, relative/fictive kin, licensed, and adoptive/sub guardianship caregivers for the Learning and Development Unit within the Office of Learning and Professional Development (OLDP). Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate a combination of 4 pre-service and in-service trainings a quarter, which includes a minimum of 1 pre-service, 1 in-service and 1 online course a quarter using either instructor led/in-person, video conferencing and online delivery methods. A minimum of 16 facilitated pre-service/in-service trainings required annually. PRIDE Trainers will adhere to teaching training curriculum, but are encouraged to share experiences, stories and testimonies reinforcing training objectives.
