Chameleon Technologies is working with our direct client in Bothell, WA, to fill their Carbon Processing Technician position. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, onsite in Bothell. Targeted hourly rate is $25-$35/hour. Chameleon Technologies has an immediate opening for a Carbon Processing Technician for a Contract-to-Hire role. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and updating the cutting-edge carbon processing equipment for our client. You will be expected to work on-site in the Bothell facility at least 5 days per week. Our client is a Seattle-based cleantech startup. They decarbonize natural gas into clean hydrogen at the point of use. Responsibilities: Operate and oversee processing machinery Assist in implementing improvements for the carbon processing center Input carbon batches into our inventory system Collect material for regular quality checks as part of QA/QC program Other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience:3+ years of experience operating and maintaining manufacturing or processing equipment Knowledge of and experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Safety first mindset and ability to follow safety protocols Effective communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with ability to follow explicit operating procedures and instructions Valid Washington driver's license with a clean record Ability to perform labor and operate equipment for majority of working hours; this includes standing for >50% of the day and frequently bending down to operate equipment Forklift certification Consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws, the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test based on customer site requirements. Position OverviewGeneral Position SummaryThe Document Control Coordinator shall be skilled in the use of technology to complete their day to day tasks. He/she is largely responsible for independently administering and managing the project document control system(s) including the logging, transiting and distributing all relevant documents into the system as well as distribution to the appropriate project team-members. The Document Control Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating/collaborating with project staff to help facilitate and expedite the project team's efficiencies.
