POSITION PURPOSE: The Shift Supervisor is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of a specific account and works in the field. The role is responsible for ensuring the success of the Partner's CCS operations. SHIFT DETAILS: Friday-Sunday every other Thursday 6:00am-6:30pm MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary: Supervise, plan and coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments (scheduling), setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques. Continually monitor the cleanroom/janitorial cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly. Responsible for insuring staff training completion, use of technical skills, maintaining safety, and meeting partner expectations. Organize and lead assigned job SOW to insure efficiency, high productivity, high quality, and the use of best practices at the site. Responsible for meeting project deliverables based on project goals, Quality goals and company priorities. Utilize project management tools, processes and principles to enable project success. Makes repeated rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, and determines compliance with directives. Manage job resources to ensure effective team performance and exceed partner expectations. Identify and resolve project issues. Identify the technical, procedural and equipment issues that hinder cleaning performance. Inform support personnel and Operations Manager. Recommend performance metrics for the cleaning service which will be reliable indicators of service quality, systems performance, productivity, and overall quality costs. Identify deviations (errors/mistakes) and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (fixes). Follows Good Documentation Practices Follows Good Manufacturing Practices Review and make recommendations for change to cGMP documentation such as SOPs. CCS jobsite supply inventory is satisfactory. Ensures completion of required training/cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel. At times, represent the company in customer interactions. Ensures accurate time keeping and labor law compliance - correct Paycom usage. Performs inventories, reports and related work as assigned. All other duties as defined by your supervisor. Ability to operate floor scrubbing and carpet care equipment. (Training provided if needed) Ability to perform Payroll function for location (Training provided if needed) Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. Demonstrates excellent documentation skills, and adhere to all regulations. Demonstrates excellent conflict resolution skills, and maintain confidentiality. The ability to stay calm and rational under pressure. Adheres to all policy and conduct standards and embraces the culture of CCS. Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Must be proficient with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements. Qualifications EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: GED preferred but not required. Previous experience in facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality or related field is preferred. 1-3 years supervising the work of others required. SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have and be able to consistently apply the following skills at the levels indicated to produce assigned results.
