Be perceptive and handle customer complaints. Responsible for receiving, processing, and producing Florist Transworld Delivery orders for delivery Coach and train on pricing, price marking, rotation, stocking, insuring the proper emphasis on customer courtesy and productivity. Provide active support of our Customer 1st culture. Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Floral Department. Direct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all floral products. Order properly to maintain adequate stock and supplies and guard against waste and pilferage. Maintain and submit required records and reports and use them effectively. Maintain effective and good house cleaning in all areas Analyze continuously all aspects of Floral Department and periodically make changes or make recommendations to store manager. Promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive manner. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
