Normal payment terms of the contract is 15 to 20 days after receipt of invoice.QualificationsCandidate will be qualified and certified to meet applicable Industrial Standards and codes.Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience around fabrication inspection of fixed and/or rotating machinery and equipment such as pressure vessel/heat exchangers, welded/bolted structures, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps/compressors and, Turbines and general mechanical industrial equipment.Candidate will be familiar and have experience with the welding process and type of equipment being used on the Project (GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, PAW, SMAW, SAW).Candidate will have experience with mechanical testing of welds (i.e. tensile tests, bend tests, charpy V-notch tests, hardness tests, etc.)Candidate will have experience with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs), Procedure Qualification Reports (PQRs), Welder Performance Qualifications in accordance with ASME Section V and Section IX.Welding inspectors must be certified as an American Welding Society CWI, CSA W178.2 (Level 2 or 3), CSWIP 3.1 certified welding inspector or Company approved equivalent.Candidate will be proficient at interpretation of fabrication drawings.
