The Event Producer will be responsible for forming and maintaining partnerships outside the Foundation to help facilitate member experiences and discounts.  This position will be required to produce and maintain event budgets, vendor bidding and relations, talent procurement, permitting with the city of Boston, design, and marketing text and plans and technical execution of in-person and virtual event platforms. The Event Producer should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of working on several events at once.In addition to their internal efforts, the Event Producer will also be charged with managing GBH’s facility rental program which allows external organizations, companies, and individuals to rent GBH’s space for their own private event. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: coaching and mentoring fellow USAs, assisting to facilitate patient throughput, supporting hospital strategic initiatives, providing customer service, and daily maintenance of unit supplies and equipment.Maintains a clean and orderly appearance of unit, as assigned.
