Experience as a developer/ business analyst/consultant or internal consultant across an organization is preferredDemonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint.Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, Design Thinking, Six SigmaFinancial acumen and experience with financial statements (FP&A,PnL)Demonstrated knowledge of MS Visio for process mapping,  Demonstrated knowledge of programming tools including SQL, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BIAbility to analyze operational data, interpret business drivers and develop performance measures and recommendationsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsInternational Travel andsome travel might be required.Valid Government Issued Driver's LicenseValid Government Issued Passport#LI-FP1
