Graduate Student Coordination* Manages Facilities and Resources: Creates and maintains student mailboxes, oversees lockers, office space, and building access* Facilitates Job Opportunities: Shares information on potential job openings with students* Handles Administrative Processes: Processes graduate student forms, provides graduation information, schedules TOPSS testing, and updates student files* Advises Students: Provides guidance to Lehigh undergraduates interested in graduate school* Supports Teaching Assistantships: Gathers information for teaching and departmental assistantships, monitors surveys for TA positions, and maintains seminar attendance records.
