Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans, record and sign their orders, progress notes, etc., in accordance with established policies. Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians' Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, cardex, medication cards, treatment/care plans, as required. Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care. Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Job Duties:Daily interface with clientManagement of critical dates, interfacing with business units ensuring dates are acted upon and dissemination of critical date decisions to Newmark teamsCoordinating and ensuring Landlords' are paid on time and TI allowances are collectedProvide lease interpretations requested by the business pillarsSupport/provide leadership of projects for new initiatives and ad hoc client requestsReview and or preparation of monthly reporting package and delivery to the clientProvide training for internal team members on business objectives, new initiatives, or projects and abstracting standardsPoint of escalation for issue resolution and conflict management for clientAssure that scheduled reports are completed and delivered timely and accuratelyMonitor and assure that the lease administration database is maintained and updated so that the database accurately represents all current leases, critical dates and options in the portfolio.Perform a monthly management review of service levels and related issues with Account DirectorContinually review the overall service delivery and current processes for improvement opportunitiesPossess hands-on experience in TririgaSupport Account Director for initiative for accountPerform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS Skills, Education and Experience:BS in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or comparable work experience.MBA preferred.Minimum 7 years' experience in lease administration with 2 years at a management/supervisory level.Attention to detail critical.Strong negotiating and communication skills with the ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts.Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.Exceptional planning and decision-making skills are highly desired.Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals.Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications.Experience with Tririga desired.Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.Salary: $70000 - $76000 annuallyThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $70000 to $76000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
