The Land Manager - Solar and BESS will:Collaborate with the GIS Manager and real estate brokers to identify, select, and analyze potential sites.Coordinate with third-party landmen to facilitate landowner outreach and negotiate contracts leading to executed lease or purchase option agreements.Conduct on-site visits to assess site suitability and negotiate contracts, involving travel as necessary.Foster positive relationships with landowners and local communities through regular project updates.Maintain detailed project update records to inform management about the progress of contract negotiations.Manage an outsourced group of land agents MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
