BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering , a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of experience working on and leading mechanical design, verification or testing initiatives. 3-5 years of experience in managing technical teams. Experience in establishing project goals, coordinating resources, and providing technical leadership. Understanding of testing requirements, best practices, and algorithms for power systems hardware.
